Liquid surge results from movement of the liquid in partially filled tanks. For example, when coming to a stop, the liquid will surge back and forth. When the wave hits the end of the tank, it tends to push the truck in the direction the wave is moving resulting in the potential for an accident. Also, when cornering, the liquid will surge from side to side pushing the truck in the direction the wave is moving resulting in the potential for a rollover.

Our technology, the Liquid-Surge Stabilizer (LSS), is a cost effective, industry leading retro-fitable baffle technology designed to stabilize bulk fluids front to back and side to side in transport.
